Cheesecake in the Ninja

All ingredients need to be room temperature


Chocolate Animal Cracker Crust

  • 2 cups Chocolate Animal Crackers
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Chocolate Animal Cracker Crust

  • Crush the animal crackers
  • Combine melted butter
  • Press mixture into the bottom of 7-inch springform pan, going up the sides about 1/2 inch

Cheesecake Filling

  • Combine and mix cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. do not over mix.
  • Add one egg at a time, beating just long enough to combine
  • Add vanilla extract and mix until combined. Batter should be smooth.
  • Pour filling into springform pan
  • Cover the pan with paper towel and foil
  • Add 1 cup Water to the bottom of the Ninja Foodi
  • Place springform pan on the rack in the lower position
  • Attach the pressure lid, Seal, High for 25 minutes
  • Natural release for 15 minutes, then Quick Release the remaining pressure
  • Remove from pot and refrigerate for 4 hours or longer.

Optional Ingredients

For a Mint Cheesecake, replace the vanilla extract with 2 Tbsp Creme de Menthe, 1 tsp Mint Extract, and 10 drops of green food coloring. Add these ingredients instead of the vanilla extract in the appropriate step.
